3D Modeling - Des Cars Residence

 

This home was built and designed for Laurence des Cars who is the director of the Musée d’Orsay in Paris. I chose to revolve the design of her home around the painting at the d’Orsay called “Trees Against a Yellow Background ” by Odillon Redon. I wanted to communicate a feeling of openness with an indoor-outdoor floor plan.

My ability to create floor plans in CAD and build 3D models in Sketchup using Podium for Rendering, is exhibited in this project.
